We Offer 3 Levels Of Service

We already know the resorts that provide the best concessions and have the best wedding packages.  Now, we just need to know your vibe to match you to the perfect destination and resort.

If you are getting married at the resort, we will make sure your date is available, request the contract, go over the contract with you, and ensure the resort holds your date with your deposit.

We work daily with rates and contracts, thus know a good rate and concession when we see them.  If anything looks off, we will negotiate on your behalf to ensure you have the best contract possible 

Your key to less stress is one little link.  This link will answer all questions that your guests will have about the travel details, the rates, ways to customize their experience, etc.

Your group website will answer all necessary questions for your guests but your FB group will get them excited to join. We will help answer travel questions within the group for you.

We are physically located in St. Louis. If local, lets co-host a group event to provide the travel details, answer questions, and create the hype! If not local, no worries... we can host a virtual night to do the same

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones.

When working with contracts, due dates and deadlines are important. You don't need to worry about either.. we will do this for you and notify guests of these important dates to collect deposits and final balances.

If you are having a legal ceremony, different documents are required in each destination. We will help ensure you have all required documents before travel

Although you are contracted to receive group concessions, unfortunately they are often forgotten about while planning so many moving parts.  While you are planning your colors, picking chairs, and deciding on your menu, we've got your back ensuring all of those concessions are actually planned and provided

We will obtain rates, brochures, packages, contracts, etc on your behalf and then work with each vendor on your behalf. Your onsite coordinator works for the hotel; we work for YOU 

We provide each couple a shared task board to help you know when each task should be completed. Share this with anyone helping you complete tasks

We will create your vendor timelines, coordinate any deliveries, and coordinate your vendors resort pass to get on property 

There are numerous events to plan from your rehearsal, hair trial, spa appointments, wedding party hair/make-up, welcome or farewell events, etc. We will coordinate and arrange all of your needs.  

We know how to sprinkle your tasks and decision making over the course of your journey so that you will never feel overwhelmed. We will assign you homework and give you deadlines to keep you on track to feel fully prepared before your big day

Sometimes we have a non-responsive vendor, need a tough negotiator, have a complaint, or need a favor.  It's best to remove you from those uncomfortable situations and let us handle it for you

We meet with resort staff to try and secure all guest requests, reconfirm all appointments, arrange group arrival check-in space, etc

When your group arrives, we will have a welcome table to greet them, answer questions, pass out welcome bags, itineraries, etc

If all group members are arriving at different times, we will make sure your guests receive what you have prepared for them

In the event guests are unhappy with their accommodations, an unforeseen emergency occurs, or has a special occasion of their own that they'd like to celebrate, you can send them right over to our team.  Without us there, they will come to you as the group host

Your wedding coordinator is there for your special day only. We are there to help oversee all group events go as planned, make sure those with special diets have food prepared for them, and act as your mini-photographer for your group events

The resorts can have up to 3 weddings a day causing you to share the resort coordinator's time.  When we are onsite, YOU are our ONLY priority. When we are onsite, there's no need to assign one of your loved ones extra tasks to work with your coordinator for you. That's what we are there for
