Booking the right resort is only the beginning. Once your group is confirmed, I'm the person tracking contracts, guiding vendor decisions, and, for Complete clients, standing on-site through your entire wedding week: checking setups before guests arrive, coordinating vendors in real time, and handling the small things so you never have to think about them.
My goal is simple: the wedding you planned is the wedding you actually get.

Pricing & Packages FAQs
How much does a destination wedding travel advisor cost?
Our core destination wedding travel-advisor service (Just Travel) is a flat $800, resort booking and group room block. If you'd like us to add wedding planning on top, Deluxe is $1,600 flat and Complete is $4,200 flat. We do not charge percentages, commissions on your wedding budget, or per-guest fees. The resort pays us a standard travel commission on the rooms your guests book (built into the room rate, not added on top), and our flat fee is billed to you directly.
What's the difference between a destination wedding travel advisor and a destination wedding planner?
A destination-wedding travel advisor handles the destination and resort selection, contracted room block, resort contract review and negotiation, guest reservations, and travel logistics. A destination-wedding planner adds wedding design, outside-vendor sourcing, detailed event timelines, and, in our Complete tier, on-site wedding-week coordination. Shanna is both: every couple starts with our travel-advisor service (Just Travel), and wedding planning is layered on top through Deluxe or Complete.
Do I need to book my group travel through you to get wedding planning?
Yes. Wedding planning (Deluxe and Complete) is only available as an add-on for couples who book their destination wedding group travel through us as their travel advisor. We don't offer planning as a standalone service. This is how we keep pricing honest, the resort commission on your room block, combined with our flat planning fee, is how the numbers work.
Do I need the Complete package, or can I do it myself with Just Travel?
Just Travel, our core travel-advisor service, is genuinely enough for many couples, especially with 20 or fewer guests, no outside vendors, and full confidence in the resort's in-house wedding coordinator. Add Deluxe once you're bringing in outside photographers, custom design, or multiple wedding-week events. Add Complete when you want Shanna physically on-site running the week, typically at 40+ guests or when you have three or more separate events (welcome, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, farewell).
Are there any hidden fees beyond the flat rate?
No. The flat fee you see is the fee you pay us, $800, $1,600, or $4,200. Third-party costs (resort wedding package, outside photographer, florals, welcome-bag contents) are billed to you at cost with the vendor's invoice attached, we never mark them up. Because our compensation is not tied to your wedding spend, our recommendations are never influenced by whether you choose a more expensive floral arrangement, photographer, entertainment upgrade, or reception design. The one exception: for the Complete package, Shanna covers her own airfare and any helper expenses, but the couple is responsible for Shanna's three-night hotel accommodations. If your group earns a complimentary room through its contracted room block, you may apply that room comp toward Shanna's stay; room comps are not guaranteed.
