Planning Guidance With Shanna On-Site
Complete includes every travel and planning service provided through Deluxe, then adds Shanna's in-person presence at the destination to help protect the timeline, communicate with the resort and outside vendors, and support the wedding experience you planned together.
Shanna works alongside the resort's wedding team and your contracted vendors. Her role is to provide experienced planning support, help identify issues, and keep the broader wedding experience moving in the right direction.

Clear expectations
Shanna's Travel and Accommodation
The Complete package is a flat $4,200 planning fee. Shanna covers her own airfare and the airfare of a helper if one is needed.
The couple is responsible for Shanna's hotel accommodations for three nights.
If the wedding group earns a complimentary room through its contracted room block, the couple may apply that room toward Shanna's three-night stay. Complimentary rooms depend on the resort contract and are not guaranteed.
If the group does not earn an applicable complimentary room, the couple is responsible for the cost of Shanna's three hotel nights.
Third-party wedding expenses, vendor fees, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment, transportation, welcome gifts, and other event purchases are not included in the $4,200 planning fee unless specifically stated in writing.
