The Highest Level of Support
Complete includes every travel and planning service provided through Deluxe, then adds three nights and four days of Shanna's in-person presence at the destination, with virtual support on the other days, to help protect the timeline, communicate with the resort and outside vendors, and support the wedding experience you planned together.
Shanna works alongside the resort's wedding team and your contracted vendors. Her role is to provide experienced planning support, help identify issues, and keep the broader wedding experience moving in the right direction.
What's Included
Clear expectations
The Complete package is a $4,200 total service fee. It includes Shanna's airfare, and the airfare of a helper if one is needed, so there's no separate airfare charge.
Hotel isn't included in the $4,200. The couple separately covers Shanna's three hotel nights.
If your group earns eligible complimentary nights through its contracted room block, they may help cover that hotel cost, subject to the resort's terms and the benefits your group actually earns. Complimentary nights are not guaranteed.
Shanna is in the destination for three nights and four days. On the other days of your wedding trip, she supports you virtually.
Third-party wedding expenses, vendor fees, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment, transportation, welcome gifts, and other event purchases are not included in the $4,200 service fee unless specifically stated in writing.
