Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing worldwidedestinationweddings.com or engaging WorldWide Travel Team (operating as WorldWide Destination Weddings) (“we,” “us,” “our”) for planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

We provide destination wedding planning, travel advisory, and group booking services as described in our published packages. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in the signed planning agreement between us and each client.

3. Package fees and payment

• Planning package fees are flat rates published on our Packages page and confirmed in your signed agreement.
• Package fees are due in full at signing unless a payment schedule is expressly agreed in writing.
• Travel bookings (resort rooms, air, transfers, insurance) are subject to each supplier's own deposit, payment, and cancellation terms.
• Package fees are non-refundable once planning work has begun.

4. Supplier terms and travel risk

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (resorts, airlines, insurers, ground operators). Their terms, cancellation policies, and force-majeure clauses govern your travel arrangements. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers.

5. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage. Declining insurance is at your own risk.

6. Passports, visas, and legal requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers hold valid passports, required visas, and any documents needed for a legal ceremony at your chosen destination. We share general guidance, but you must confirm current requirements with the relevant consulate or attorney.

7. Intellectual property

All content on worldwidedestinationweddings.com, including text, photography, resort guides, and editorial content, is owned by or licensed to WorldWide Travel Team (operating as WorldWide Destination Weddings) and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Testimonials and photos

Client testimonials and photos published on the site are used with permission. Clients may request removal at any time by emailing sfowler@dreamvacations.com.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or our services is limited to the planning package fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WorldWide Travel Team (operating as WorldWide Destination Weddings) and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your interactions with third-party suppliers.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which WorldWide Travel Team is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
