Guest feedback

What do wedding guests say about this resort?

Guests love the central location, swimmable beach, sensory design, pools, and generally strong service. Some rooms and common areas show age, and restaurant waits or pool-chair competition can occur. It is a good adults-only choice for couples wanting an upscale Cancun experience with easy access to shopping and nightlife. Overall, the recurring feedback suggests that the best experience comes from matching the resort's personality and layout to the guest list rather than choosing on photos alone.
