Villa Caletas offers 5 distinct event spaces, from an intimate 25-person terrace to a 250-guest reception hall. Every rental includes glassware, chairs, tables, waitstaff, and an on-site event coordinator, plus basic white or champagne linens.

What to know before you book
The hotel runs bar service exclusively; outside bar vendors aren't allowed on property. If your date falls in rainy season (May through October), plan on a tent rental for any open-air venue. Most events wrap by 11pm, except Rancho Caletas and Zephyr Palace, which can run until midnight.
Booking an event here also means booking rooms: the resort requires a minimum of 10 rooms for 2 nights to confirm your date, and once you hit that minimum, you and your partner get a complimentary night.
